Only a pound lost this week, but still a loss My birthday tomorrow and my children are taking me out for a meal as a treat. I'm really looking forward to it as I don't very often get them together along with their families. The only trouble I know they will want me to have a drink or three and to have a sweet because they want to spoil me. Do I just let my hair down and let them spoil me or be good ?
