Just walked 2 miles. I thought I was running behind on my 3 mph goal, so really pushed it. Got back to work and realized I was mis-calculating, and I actually walked 3.5 mph. WooHoo.


Ordered shoes from newbalance today. I was going to buy them from REI, but they didn't have very good selection, and NOTHING in my size (Wide)

Got different 2 pair online. I'm looking forward to getting them. Will see how they affect my walking.
