Had freezing rain over night. So no walking outside today. Instead I did my time on a stationary bike. I consider this bike quite a score, because one of our tenants left it behind when they moved out! Have had a terrible cold for the past four days. It is a struggle to keep upright everyday. Fortunately, not even hot flashes can intrefer with my sleep at night! Up side to everything!
