So this is it. Since the holidays are over I can get on with the business of losing weight again. I began what I call my yearly winter deep cut yesterday.
Understand that I do not recommend this way of doing things to anyone. Basically, through the week I create a massive calorie deficit for what my body needs according to fatsecret. According to this site I am supposed to consume around 2900 calories a day and while in the winter deep cut I consume around 5 or 6 hundred calories per day.
I skip breakfast because I am never hungry first thing in the morning. At somewhere between 11 and 1 I drink a slim fast shake. This actually fills me and occasionally to the point of being uncomfortable. That drink keeps me until around 7pm at night when I eat dinner and it is usually a big can of soup or stew. So yeah. Thats where we are today...should be interesting.
