Blast, blast and double blast! I have got to get up earlier and force myself to eat right away. I'm consistently short on my calories for the day. No wonder I have been staying at the same weight. I did so much better when I was working and eating six meals a day because I always made sure I had a small meal to eat on my breaks.
Being home I get busy and don't have mandatory state enforced breaks. I keep meaning to try to find my kitchen timer and set that for like every two hours but, of course I keep forgetting. Well I'm gonna go do that right now!!!
