Rest Day for exercise. But not from housework... prepped a couple of dinners-only pop in the oven & enjoy :) Prepped all veggies- snacks ready at hand :) Feel biceps/triceps from WO yesterday-upped to 10lb wts. With tape measure-measured inches and recorded in a written journal.Will do this once a month on the 28th. Now I can watch the football game tonight-hope my team wins!!!!
