Losing steadily, but sticking to the diet is getting harder. I am exercising more and more which is awesome, but now need to take the time to premare my meals, not let myself get hungry and eat what ever is around.

Oh I hate when that happens!! Do you have enough for easy snacks? That can really help when you are jonesing for food before you have time to make dinner. That has saved me a couple of times. Or even boiling eggs and keeping them in the fridge. Those really tie you over if you have to cook dinner.
