Was planning on walking today, but there was a massively cold wind blowing thru, so skipped that this morning. If its still so cold tomorrow I'll use the elliptical at work.
Ate breakfast out. I love the restaurant. (Sunrise/sunset). They are so great about low-carb, even have 3 low-carb options for all menu items printed on the menu.
Allergies hitting me today. I need to do some work around the house, and will make sure that I do my Wii Active workout plus a little upper-body work.
I haven't been sleeping very well this weekend, hopefully I'll sleep well tonight.
Edit: Worked out 40 minutes today on the Wii, mostly upper body. Allergies still a problem. Tried to make the cauliflower pizza crust. Didn't like it that much. Then realized that everyone raving about it must miss pizza in their lives. I really don't like pizza that much. So..makes sense that I don't care much for the recipe.
Making some "just like stuffed baked potatoes" right now. Substituted hot sausage for the bacon, and added 1/4 cup of fresh horseradish. Can't wait to taste it.
