I got into a car accident in August which put me in a bit of a depression. I could no longer stay on my uphill path of exercise. I gained a bit of my weight back from being immobile and eating everything in site. This week something clicked. Although I am still pretty much immobile, I am still able to eat right. So that's what I'm going to do. Today is day 3 and I already feel a difference. Wish me luck! :-)
