Busy, busy week . . .but managed to stay on track with my weight loss goals . . . with the exception of a few unhealthy food choices. I was pleasantly surprised at my weigh in . . . lost 4 pounds in a week! This week I'm attempting to do the fat flush soup and fruit only . . . . I would prefer to stop and get some boudin, but hey, I will try my best to just head straight to the gym. The vitamin B supplements have really helped with my energy and I believe with facilitating more weight loss! Keeping it up!

Don't limit your intake too much, especially if you are working out more than is recommended in the plan. If you don't eat enough then you run the risk of slowing, not increasing, your weight loss. Also, if you are not satisfied with your meals it increases the chance that you will be tempted to eat things you shouldn't. Slow and steady wins the race AND has good health for a lifetime!
