So I'm going Paleo. For a month to see how it goes. So this means no wheat, processed stuff or dairy. Resisted the best pizza in the world, and yellow cake with chocolate frosting so I'd say I'm off to a good start. The stuff at school isn't exactly appetizing. Also it's different than other diets because it's not deprivation. After a while you start to crave the foods that you eat and you feel awful when you eat the other foods.
Still staying pescatarian, we'll see how long that lasts though I've been thinking of adding more meat into my diet for a while. And I can't lie...I miss steak.
