Fresh Start!
I need more self control!
I can do this. I need to get off my overweight butt and get moving.
I know I can do this.
Gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Eat right.
Keep track of my food to hold myself accountable!
Now more excuses.
My body look disgusting and I can't take it anymore.
None of my clothes fit me and my stomach looks so gross.
Come on Amber! Take charge!
