Just thought I would jot down a few words. Have been a little down lately. Seem to be going upstream without a paddle!
I go up and down... real see-saw.
Yes, I am losing weight, but I wish this part was over, and that I was at goal.
Not because I don't want to do the program but more that I am just tired of this yo-yo ...
