Starting the Special K challenge today. Only brought 2 servings of cereal one for breakfast and one for lunch and a yogurt w/granola for a snack. Going to tell my growling belly that it's not the boss. Hope I can lose the 6 lbs in 2 weeks like they say because that would be so uplifting!

Well, I ate an extra snack (pepper jack cheese crackers). Grrr! Need to keep to my night plan - don't over do it at dinner and go to Jazzercise then an apple for night snack. (i can do it, i can do it)
