ok, I had to come back to Fatsecret.. I needed to keep record of what I'm eating and that helps me get the weight off... that and the gym. Down from 189 to 138 on a good day my goal is now 130 if I can muster it.. I have more muscles than I thought I would have so it might not be possible but I'm giving it a shot.
