Had a bacterial upper respiratory infection which lasted a month. That is the longest I have ever been sick. Finally feeling better. Wanted to go running but I decided to start out slow and use the bike (46 minutes, 500 calories) Feel great. Now the biggest test...eating healthy. Happy weekend all.
