Watching Biggest Loser UK on catch up today, and just the intro had me in tears I could relate to what they was saying and the reasons why they wanted to lose weight. Yea I got tough times hasnt everyone but I really got to stop quitting and get on with it. Weight-in today and still 97.2kg so I got 2 days to drop even if its 0.1 its still a drop. I got food in now so no excuse not to exercise must start my food diary again.
