Just weighted in here at the house and Im down that pesky pound I gained this week but Im not recording it bc today is not my official weight in day and Im only gonna weight in at the dr's office to keep it real since Ive had my issues with the idiot box. Got my 3 small meals packed for work today. Bacon and a low carb yogurt for breakfast. Veggies and humus for snack and a hamburger patty and green beans for lunch. I have some left over vegetarian kale soup for dinner planned so I can finish that off. So meals are all set today. Im off to the gym for some cardio before work. Thank the maker I go in a 930am !! I hope everyone has a happy, healthy and productive day today!
