Holy crap my Mom made cream cheese brownies!!!! I want one so bad. I keep telling myself No No No but my tummy and taste buds are saying Yes Yes Yes! I'm officially locking myself in my room untill my husband says they're all gone : ( I 'm also wondering when I can intrduce fruits into my diet like strawberries and blue berries. If I could have those I know it would help out alot with my sweet tooth cravings. If anyone has any input on any of this please let me know.....and soon 'cause i'm gonna have a meltdown!!!

After your two weeks of induction you can SLOWLY re-introduce berries. Only a couple of times a week at first, and if you are still loosing more often. Induction is important because you NEED to break the addiction/cravings. You CAN do this.
