Yesterday was: green tea 1 cup mixed ricotta and cottage cheese, both fat free, and 1/4 cup artificially sweetened peach yogurt. For lunch, this soup I made: 2 cans beans 1 large can organic diced tomatoes 1/2 cup frozen pepper/onion stir fry vegetables sauteed in 1 Tbsp olive oil It was really pretty good! Dinner was another bowl of the soup -- but then before bed, I was so hungry and so miserable I ate a whole can of white albacore tuna, rinsed, with fresh lemon and salt. Mmmm.
Today's Saturday. I have given up Chinese buffet lunch with my daughter, a saturday tradition, so I can stick with this plan. Hubby is making me my hot green tea for breakfast. Maybe some eggs?
