You know they say that writing things down makes things a lot easier. Well, for one i am not a write, but i will try and see if this really works. This morning for breakfast i had 2 boiled eggs w/ the extra Omega 3 in it. It really, really need some salt, but i survived it. I just brought the Fat flush cookbook. I hope it has some good (great would be nice) breakfast recipes.

I like the super smoothie for breakfast because I can blend it up and drink it as I go about getting ready for work in the morning. I have a method for making hard boiled eggs that makes them taste really good. I will post it in the recipies section so that everyone can try it out.

I add Cayanne Pepper to my eggs and it adds just the right about of pop that they need!

I thank you guys very much. I am going to try the cayanne pepper. And Dooley you were right i taste on of my daughter cheese doodle and i was ridiculous. She will never eat that stuff again.
