A little disappointed with the weigh-in this morning, but I accept that weight is going to fluctuate daily. I didn't eat poorly yesterday, but I think one of my items may just sit a little heavier than anything I've eaten in the past week. Plus, I woke up a little dehydrated and did not get enough sleep, so trying to change both of those today and this evening.
