Another week begins.
I was sick this weekend, so I wasn't very hungry. I didn't record my food faithfully, but I continued to eat low/no sugar, so at least I maintained that part of it. I'm anxious to step on the scale...
Lunches are prepped for the week, snacks are ready, breakfasts will be quick. I hope I have another good week away from home, and gain control of the evenings again.
