Wtf I can't stop eating! It's like everyday I go over my rdi!! I feel hungry allllllll the time and its driving me crazy! Maybe its cuz I stopped eating my fiber bars? Not enough water? I don't know! Help!

Don't freak out! Even though you're going above your RDI you're creating a calorie deficit, which is great. I see a lot of opportunities to cut calories, for example in today's meals, by using lower-fat versions of the cheeses you love.

Its hard not to freak out when I feel like I have no control :( feeling hungry sucks! ugh learn from today and start new tomorrow. always the way to go though.

Why did you cut out your fiber bars? Just curious. I use flax and I am trying Chia seeds. I put them in everything. I put them in my egg whites, my oatmeal, my soup ect. Fiber alternatives. Feeling hungry does suck. Are you working out harder? When I did the p90x program I would wake up soooo hungry and they say dont eat anything but if I cant sleep was it worth it? Not to me. So I would have a bag of prunes next to the bed. Healthy, fiber and there really isnt any chance of over indulging...or at least not twice lol. And if your asking if maybe you need more water my guess you might.

Honestly, I just been broke and haven't gone to buy them. Once college starts back up the 17th I'll be completely stocked up on my fiber ones bars since I practically lived off those all semester cuz I was never home. And now I'm home allllllll the time with all these yummy junk food hanging around. I don't think I'm eating the right things to make me feel full longer. So I eat more. Nope. I don't really work out. Idk if I like prunes? Lol

Prunes grow on you. Just dont look at them lol. Maybe try the flax or wheat germ. They have really helped me. Yes it is hard to be home. I am so good when I work and then things go to poop when Im home. and not cause of the flax lol. It isnt that I eat the wrong things I just dont eat them properly. If that makes sense.
