Eliminated a lot of carb foods from the house. Had to keep some types for my husband, so we'll see how that goes. Jam and fruit are the only things I think I will miss. I'm realizing I love fat and protein and vegetables and herbs, spices and salt. I am keeping one thing: a daily glass of red sangria. I'm due for a doctor visit in February and will ask how/when I can get off some of my meds, if possible.
