its been a long week. Work has been crazy and I haven't had time or energy to post. Ive stayed true to my plan with a few indulgences like a sandwich bc I was too busy to cook and thats all there was.Aside from busy, tired too. Omg, long damn week. BUT its over. Today is a day of rest. Meal prep Sunday. Frying up two pack of bacon, boiling eggs and making some chicken breast. This way I wont sabotage my week. Im so close to wonderland, yet again.. Im gonna work my but off this week. Ive only been weighting in at my weekly dr's visits (allergy shots), this way no scale bs .. Goals for the week 1. wake up early and go to gym 2. dont cheat, not even one bite 3. water and log everything Long term goals 1. Get to 190 2. Keep it off Have a great rest of your day everyone !
