First day back to gym and worked-out for thirty minutes.
Physically my body is exhausted and sore all the time. Takes an effort to go up stairs and get out of bed. The extra 40lbs I have added in the last three years has had debilitating effects on my normal daily routine. My throat hurts often from acid reflux, from eating late and laying down or too much and cannot hold it down properly from over consumption. Low energy to none and feel excessive need to snack when home after work.
Immediate goals: increase activity (exercise, walk, anything) and light snack to no snack after work when I am home, possibly go to bed as soon as I get home, maybe read.
