Finally lost 500 grams! After all the hard work at the gym and only eating 1000 calories or less. Hope it is the beginning of great weight loss!!!!
Very cold and miserable here in Cheltenham. Snow on the way, not good news as l have to travel 45 mns to goto work tomorrow morning 😩😩

Don't go too low on the calories even though the loss is a good one, you have to remain healthy! I find 1,200 is about the lowest I will go on a regular basis although some days it does slip below just because I'm not hungry.

Hi Marie, it's a nice little loss, but I have read a few articles that tell us that regularly going under 1200 calories your metabolism slows down. Also if you are working hard at the gym, i think 1000 calories is too low.

Thank you for advice, l will bring calories up a bit! One trainer at the gym told me the same. Somehow l have a mental block with calories!!!!

Nice loss. I know about 1000 calories conundrum, so I gave put my intake, so I have been upping my intake recently It's going to get colder according to the weather forecast, so give yourself plenty of time tomorrow. Keep warm. Keep safe 💧💦🌀
