Ugh!!! It's getting worse! I'm hungry all the time. I've gained like 15 lbs since October. That's huge! I can't seem to stop eating. I feel horrible.

small steps.. One thing at a time. This week, I've decided to just drink water and nothing else.. I have just finally cut out all sugar. this took me a year to get rid of it completely out of my diet. SMALL STEPS.. in the words of Arnie "YOU CAN DO IT!".

I struggle with that, too, but I have been eating very similar meals every day (volume and calories) and that seems to have helped. I also spread out my food throughout the day so that I never get really "hungry."
