I see this as a lifestyle change incorporating the following:
1. Practice Portion Control (a big one for me . . . the "snacker!") 2. Positive in, Positive Out - battling depression/stress 3. Journaling, S.M.A.R.T. Goals, keeping myself in check 4. Eating structured meals/snacks - meal-prep central! 5. Move more - NO EXCUSES!!! 6. And most importantly, SELF LOVE!!!!
