Maybe tomorrow i'll get on my computer to see this applications full capabilities. Today i took a series of photos when i prepared my Lunch... not sure how they posted since I can not see them on the phone app :-( Mom is here until March. With the weather change walking outside has gotten to cold for her, and me. So yesterday We went to the senior center, wow what a beautiful center that offers a bunch of classes. Our enrollment was a mere 50.00 (25.00 each) for the year (55+ cost). We took a Latin Cardio class, it was Amazing, Fun and lots of wonderfully nice folks. The Latin Cardio class is Tue and Thursday; then there is Jazzercise on M/W/F and Zumba M/W/F Im not sure which classes we'll add for a full week of workout. ;-))
