Magick Mitch's Journal, 04 January 2017

Trying to drop sugar and gluten as much as possible and eating differently. Doing all possible not to eat before 4 pm. I'm trying something that could work for me. Soup and Salad by the tonne. I lost 3 pounds but also had a tims run that thrashed my calorie count and killed the no gluten/sugar thing yesterday. Still under the 2000 calorie a day mark tho. Today is a new day tho.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
