New year, same ol me. Useful point of reference. I ate like an idiot since I was last on here regularly. I'm 5 pounds lighter than I was when I started this way back in the day. So yeah Lets go on again. It has illustrated to me that I have to be mindful of what I eat every day not just when I feel like it.
