no joke, i friggin stayed the same...what the hell?!?! watch me get on the scale tomorrow and i be down. i keep noticing that with saturday mornings. no worries. i said next friday, but come on...it should've happened. *sigh*</P><P>anyway, i'm not gonna let it bug me! i have too much going on, and i know i've been eating well and that i look better than i ever have! that should be what matters (you know, the eating well part. lol!)</P><P>so this weekend is jam-packed, as usual! but it's a good jam-packed. i'm looking forward to each thing i'm doing! and for the next 2 weekends, after this one, i'll be away. wedding in Delaware next weekend, and my friend's son's bday in VA the weekend after that. lots going on!</P><P>I hope u all have a great weekend!

That IS what matters--but I do know how disappointing it is. Maybe you're going to have to shake things up a little to push yourself lower? Just a thought. I was hovering around the same weight till I gave up sugar this week and I've lost a few pounds. We are all different so obviously the same things won't work and maybe your body is just catching up and readjusting.

Beets, yes, I agree. I need to get back to walking around my neighborhood. That was such a huge help for me last year. I can't afford the gym, so it'd be a nice alternative!

Sounds like a plan! Plus exercise has such a great calming effect. Which would come in handy with you being the busy bee that you are.

Being stuck at the same place is frustrating. I agree with beets' comment about switching things up, and you're probably right that walking more will help. It's so funny how something as little as an extra 30 minute walk can make your body respond so differently. Hopefully the weather here in PA will stay up there (relatively, it's still in the low 40s), so we can both get more walking in!
