Back to calorie counting and it's a bit overwhelming but I'm definitely lovin' the results. Ive been sticking to eating mainly salads this week and it looks like it's paying off! Feeling hopeful about the weightloss this time around. Only thing left to do is hit the gym and start making that a habit again. Any advice on how to get back into it after a(n extremely) long hiatus? It's a bit nerve wrecking!
