Heck I'm actually staring before New Years whoo HOO lets get it ! Just had one slice of pizza instead of my usual 3-4 slices and 4oz of coke instead of a whole can ...baby steps ! But I did buy some really healthy foods tonight to start eating rather than junk

Last night I caved :( my hub and I were watching a movie and he came into the living room with nachos and I ate them with him . I had already hit my allotted calorie intake for the day ugh !! Let's try this again
