Note made on 12/15/16 for 12/15/16 that I had forgotten. Slept well,up at 7:30 to get ready to go to tops. Lost another pound as did Eloise. Had our Christmas meal and party. Very tired when I got home. Spoke to Angie and to Eloise later. Aching all over, finally took a pill and felt a bit better.
