Last night I felt so unmotivated to go to the gym, but I made it anyways, and I'm glad I did!
I did the C25K challenge. Day one was a bit too easy. Instead of running 1 minute intervals, then walking for 90 seconds, I ran 3.5 minutes and walked 1 minute.
I'm retaining water because of an unexpected special visitor. RAWR. But I'm sure once this week is over, it'll drop back to 151 or maybe even lower. :)
Now, back to work.
