Well this was my first week back on weight watchers and exercising. It was hard getting back in to groove but I managed. It kind of sucks that I got back out of shape so quickly!! I can barely do 45 mins on the treadmill anymore and I'm scared to go anywhere near the eliptical. The eating situation is kind of hard because people around me can eat whatever they want, whenever they way. But I have the willpower and am continually practicing my "No Thanks" and recommending a substitute for them.

You can definitely do it! I've been where you are! At my heaviest I was 265, and managed to get down to 183 this summer, just to jump back up to 218. I know exactly what you mean when you feel like you got out of shape so quickly! You're doing better than me when it comes to cardio! I can't do more than 15-20 min on the elliptical. Keep up the good work!

Well, this is my 3rd day back on weight watchers. I managed to gain all the weight back that I lost plus more. I went to the gym on Mon. and plan on going tonight. It is so hard for me to stick with it. I do have motivation though, I turn 40 this summer and my friends and I are all going to Mexico for a vacation. Since Nov. I have managed to gain 14 pounds. UGHH

New Year, new you. I am in the same boat as you. Together we will conquer this weight:) Let's not focus on what was, but what WILL be. We will get back to doing the eliptical machine, etc.and probably get even further on it! Here's to a new year and new us! Good luck all:)
