Check this out FS peeps I'm off work today so I put together grilled portabella, eggplant, orange peppers, spinach, fresh mozz, hot sausage crumbles and parmesan. It was so pretty I had to take a picture. It was really, really good. I drizzled some balsamic glaze on it too. My left knee hurts a little from stairs, I guess. I may forgo the bike ride and go for a few walks instead. Have a great day all!

sorry to hear your knee is keepin you off your bike..i know how that is..rest is great..but hard to take when your use to riding..
