I started with south beach...decided to go pescovegatarian....now I need a little "babysitting"
I love the pesco-veg (fish is the only meat) and will continue it, but still need to get a grip on portions. I was very succesfull on WW before having my last child. HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

That is my problem...portion control! good luck....you can do it...it is a mind game, don't you think? I'm not dieting until I get back from vacation next week...I'll check with you then. :)
