I only finished half of the No Trouble Zones workout. It just kicks my butt!! I'm still sore from when I did it Saturday too! At least that will be a good gauge of my progress when I will finish the video.
I think tomorrow morning, the scale will go up a pound or two because I ate a little more than I normally do at lunch. I probably could have done without the fries, but I was still below my RDI, and I exercised. I can't feel guilty about it because it's okay to eat the things I like, in moderation.
