Starting anew today. I went on Atkins and lost weight, but that was too hard to maintain (especially during the holidays).. I want to combine some facets of Atkins - empahsis on good quality protein and vegatables - with a more flexible eating plan. I want to incorporate whole grains, portion control and cut out alchohol - at least for a month.
