Try gentle yoga, tai chi or any movement form that can be done slowly and deliberately - you don't have to jump up and down to get exercise -concentrating on your breathing can also be beneficial.

Yes - I noticed it too - I put in shredded green cabbage and it came out higher that the listing in the Atkin's book.
