Well...
I offically turned 30 yesterday. Yay me.
And by the time I got home from all the Christmas celebrating with my family (at the late hour of 8 pm...)... I could barely walk, my legs were so sore from sitting in the car and standing around all day.
That's insane. A year ago, I was working out twice a day, eating right, and felt like super-woman.
So... guess it's time to try again!
Putting tomorrow as my offical start date, because I didn't actually weigh myself today. But, I am not waiting til tomorrow! =).
