A little bit up on the scales this morning but nothing too drastic, 400g over Saturday's weekly weigh-in but nearly 900g over yesterday morning.
Anyway, back to the gym this evening after a break of nearly a year. They weighed and measured me - I've lost weight but gained inches since they last did that back in February, so clearly I really need to tone up.
Feeling good now but a bit stressed for time as the round trip takes nearly 2 and a half hours out of the evening. Made a quick and simple dinner of steak, wilted spinach and egg which I was surprised my girls really enjoyed, even the spinach!
