Popping on before I rush off to work. I intend to fast today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. I will break my fast Thursday with the Thanksgiving dinner they serve at work. Friday, I am cooking a Thanksgiving dinner for my family and I will eat then, too.
Will decide the weekend when I get there.
