i didn't log my food this week in the food journal...ate out a few times. have been gradually including potatoes and yesterday added a small amount of rice. also, added chai. all seemed like a good move. 100% on both midterm classes, so...the mind is in the right mindset. time to bump up the exercise, include some carbs, and study for the MBLex:) its time to weigh in...
