This past weekend was not good. I am now wondering if I need to stay I Phase 1 forever? I guess this is where this site comes in. People to make sure you do the right thig. I did great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But after dinner i still felt hungry and ended up eating some bad things. Any ideas hot to stop eating after dinner?

Sapster, I know how you feel! I keep falling off the wagon myself and I just started a couple weeks ago! Don't give up, just keep trying! When you are tempted to cheat, if you can just get past it, it feels so good. I like to suck on sugar-free Cream Savers and drink diet A&W to help me get past those tough times.

Just think of how much better you will feel in the morning if you don't eat those bad things. Which is worth more to you, the short term gratification, or the satisfaction of losing weight and getting fit? Good Luck Sapster!

i think the key to sticking with this diet is having the right mind set. i have NEVER been able to stick to it before, and yet this time am sticking with it really well with next to no cheating. Oddly enough it was my mom who said to me that when i was a kid and set my mind to something i ALWAYS followed through, so here i am, much older and wiser ( tee hee ) and not being able too, until she said that. i guess you just look ahead and don't get too upset with yourself when you do eat something you shouldn't have. have the type of snacks on hand that you feel you are craving. if its sweets, have sugar free candies or diet pop or the jello or sugar free fudgsicles on hand...if its salty stuff, have cheese and pickles ready to go. I found that to really help. don't give up!!! believe me, if i can stick with this, anyone can :)
