Morning people I need your help how is it that I weight this morning and it shows that I went up not a lot i weight yesterday 79.8 and this morning 80.3 I evan make my calories intake lower yesterday but I am so dissopointed what do you think and I do my excersises at this point I want to give up I hope that you all can help me please

Janine, hang in there. Remember, sometimes we retain water depending on our previous food intake and even our hormonal status. Secondly, ordinary bathroom scales that most of us use are acually quite inaccurate. A 500g day-to-day difference in measurement is quite common.

When you eat carbs your body retains water as a defense mechanism in response to inflammation . Increase the water and you will be fine :)

Dont worry at all about that. Water retention, bowel movements and also how you stand on a scale will influence the reading. Just try not to weigh yourself on a daily basis, that will just stress you out. Choose a day of the week to record your weight loss progress. Never give up.

If you take all that you ate and drank yesterday and weighed it, then added it to your weight from yesterday morning then you will definitely see a gain on the scale. Weight comprises of the weight of your body + it's food/liquid that you put into it. Don't stress, Weight will fluctuate daily. That is normal.

As others have said ... Its just water weight or bowel movements ... I've woken up in the morning in the past and have been 2lbs heavier and thought what the hell.... Two days later it was gone with almost half a pound extra gone on top of the 2lbs... As tempting as it may be to use them ..stay off the scales ...it will drive you insane ...good luck .

Also .. That weight difference that you see is minscule ... You probably think it's a lot because your numbers have jumped from the 70s to 80s...it's a bit like when you see something for sale for £9.99 ...it looks a lot less than £10.00....lol .. ..you are fine .
